Just before the toilet paper flew off the shelves, I moved back home to Alabama. The first year home has been challenging, but I managed. I am at a point in my life where I can devote more time to reading, writing, and relaxing on the Coosa River. Along with that, I joined the Alabama State Poetry Society hoping to get aquainted with the local poetry community. I hope there are activities and opportunities to meet and chat with other poets. Virtual events are great too!
