Jessica Temple serves as secretary/treasurer of ASPS. She earned her PhD in poetry from Georgia State University. She writes and voices shows for the syndicated poetry college radio program melodically challenged and teaches at Alabama A&M University. She is a member of Alabama Writers' Conclave, Out Loud HSV, and Huntsville Literary Association. Her work is forthcoming or has recently appeared in Thema; Crab Orchard Review; Aesthetica; Blast Furnace; Canyon Voices; and Stone, River, Sky: An Anthology of Georgia Poems from Negative Capability Press, among others.
